Orca Garage Door Service provides professional garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in the North Seattle, WA area and Greater Seattle communities including Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Mill Creek, and Mukilteo.

Our Services Include:

• Garage door opener installation and repair
• Complete garage door replacement and installation
• Emergency garage door repair services
• Routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Smart garage door system installation

2. Service Area and Availability

We primarily serve North Seattle and the surrounding Greater Seattle communities. Service availability and response times may vary by location. Emergency services are available with potential additional fees as disclosed at time of service request.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All pricing estimates provided through our calculator or consultation are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service inspection.

Payment Policy: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties on both parts and labor. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be clearly communicated before work begins. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover:

7. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments can be scheduled online or by calling (425) 471-0304. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid potential fees. Same-day and emergency services are available with additional charges.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Washington State law in King County.
